Q.  How long does it take to get a Captain's Package?

A.  We typically need 3-5 business days to research and assemble your customized report.  We will email the report as soon as possible after that.

Q.  How many pages do I get in the Captain's Report?

A.  It depends on the age of the model, the number of prior owners, and the completeness of the records.  Some reports are just 6-8 pages long, others are more than 30!

Q.  I just want a quick check of a boat file for a boat I am thinking about buying.  How long does that take?

A.  We need three days for most Yeoman's Package Reports.  Rush service may be available; please contact us at bill@island-packet-ancestry.com or at 813-347-3976 during business hours (8 am to 3 pm EST M-F).

Q.  The two and a half hours for the Annual Support Package doesn't sound like enough time.

A.   Our average call with a customer typically lasts 15 to 20 minutes, so that's 7-10 calls over the year.  Most problems and issues are addressed in two calls or less.   

Q.  When can I call for help?

A.  Our "office hours" are 8 am and 3 pm EST M-F.  Understanding that both our European owners and those "down under" have time zone issues, we can be available at other times by prior arrangement.  Just email us to set up a special time.

Q.  What kind of Technical Drawings can I buy?

A.   We have literally thousands of drawings available, with most models having anywhere from a couple of dozen to over 100 drawings.  Let us know what you are interested in and we will do the best we can to find it for you.
