Annual Service Support Package

This package is particularly useful for owners new to Island Packet, with a dedicated helpline for problem shooting or systems orientation.  Subscribers receive consultation via phone and/or emails, plus support materials as needed.  

Hours of operation are (Florida time zone) Monday-Friday from 8 am to 3 pm; Saturday 9 am to 2 pm, with other times and days available by pre-arrangement.
